There are currently no water restrictions in Meridian Ranch.

If the District deems that restrictions on outdoor water use are necessary, they will be implemented as follows:

Stage 1:

1. Voluntary no watering between 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.

2. Voluntary no watering on Monday, Wednesday and Fridays

Stage 2:

1. No watering between 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.

2. All even numbered addresses, including commercial properties and open space/streetscape areas, can only water on Sunday, Tuesday and Thursdays.

3. All odd numbered addresses can only water on Monday, Wednesday and Saturday.

4. New sod can only be installed with a sod permit which will allow for a 30 day waiver on the water restrictions.

5. No outside water use on Fridays.

Stage 3:

1. No watering between 10:00 a.m. & 6:00 p.m.

2. No new sod installation permits will be allowed.

3. Outside watering will only be allowed on Sunday and Wednesday, for all customers.

These rules are mandatory with the following penalties

1 st violation – Warning

2 nd violation - $50 fine

3 rd violation - $100 fine

Continued violations four and greater will result in suspension of service. To reinstate service a reconnection fee will need to be paid along with any outstanding violation fees.
