Meridian Ranch was created by GTL Development, Inc. (the Developer) as a Recreation and Golf Course community. The vision of Meridian Ranch was a master planned community with landscaped parkways, tree lined trails and wonderful amenities such as the Antler Creek Golf Course, numerous neighborhood parks and the Recreation Center that offer residents a wide variety of activities perfectly suited for an active, healthy lifestyle. The District works closely with the Developer, their engineers and land planners to ensure all public improvements within Meridian Ranch meet or exceed District standards.
The Developer, in conjunction with the District, is committed to providing Meridian Ranch the improvements it needs thereby offering residents the highest quality amenities that preserve its wonderful lifestyle.
Meridian Service Metropolitan District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Meridian Service Metropolitan District
has a policy of providing an accessible website compatible with the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG 2.1) and
commercial screen reading software. All features of the website are coded to allow individuals with vision and
