Jay Adams is a Federal executive and experienced public-sector leader with almost three decades of experience advising government organizations on organizational strategy, workforce management, regulatory compliance, and effective stewardship of public resources.

Throughout his career, Jay has held progressively responsible leadership positions with various Federal agencies directing human resources operations and leading teams responsible for workforce and organizational initiatives. His experience includes advising senior leaders, evaluating organizational needs, interpreting complex laws and regulations, managing change, and developing practical solutions to complex governmental challenges.

As a member of the Meridian Ranch Metro District Board of Directors and a concerned resident of the community, Jay brings a strong background in public administration, organizational governance, regulatory oversight, and collaborative decision-making.
